These terms apply when you buy a paid plan on Early Rotate: Early Rotate+ membership, stream overlays, or a live scores API plan. They add to our terms of use. The seller is Vekto Interactive, a trading name of Selwick Group Ltd. 1. The plans

1.1 Early Rotate+ includes:

• no ads on earlyrotate.com: no ad banners, no ads from Google or other ad networks, and no match-day takeover banners
• extra stats on player pages (map-by-map splits and rating trend)
• alerts for up to 10 players you follow
• a supporter badge on your profile and the leaderboards

1.2 What Early Rotate+ does not remove: videos and posts from Twitch, YouTube and X are run by those services, which may show their own ads inside their players. We do not control those. Small sponsor credits (such as "Pick'em presented by" or a sponsor named with a prize) and labelled affiliate links stay, because they are part of how the free games and prizes are paid for.

1.3 Stream overlays remove the earlyrotate.com mark from the overlays and use team colours.

1.4 API plans raise the request limits shown on the API page.

1.5 Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Selwick Group Ltd is not registered for VAT at present, so no VAT is added.

2. Payment and renewal

2.1 Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.

2.2 Plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel, and you pay the price shown at the time unless we tell you about a change first.

2.3 We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price rise. If you do not want to pay the new price you can cancel before it applies.

2.4 If a payment fails, Stripe will try again. If it keeps failing, the plan ends and your account returns to the free plan.

3. Cancelling

3.1 You can cancel at any time in Account → Plans and billing → Manage billing, in a few clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops.

3.2 Your 14-day right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a refund. Because the plan starts straight away at your request, we may take off an amount for the days you have already had. To cancel in this way, contact us at hello@selwick.co.uk or the contact form within 14 days.

3.3 We may end a plan if you seriously break these terms or the terms of use. We will refund any part of the period you have paid for and not used, unless the law allows otherwise.

4. API and overlay licence

4.1 While your plan or free key is active, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the live scores API and overlays to show Early Rotate data in your own apps, bots, sites and streams.

4.2 You must keep within your plan's limits, keep your API key secret, and not resell or redistribute the raw data as a feed. Show "Data: earlyrotate.com" where the data appears, unless your plan says otherwise.

4.3 You must not use the data for betting or gambling products, or suggest that Early Rotate, the Call of Duty League or any team endorses you.

4.4 Data is provided as it is. Live data can be delayed or wrong, and we may change or withdraw parts of the API with reasonable notice. For business customers, our total liability for an API or overlay plan in any 12 months is limited to what you paid for it in that period.

5. Problems and complaints

If something is wrong with a plan, contact us at hello@selwick.co.uk or the contact form and we will put it right or give you a refund as the law requires. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
