An independent fan site

Early Rotate is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision, the Call of Duty League or any team. Team names, logos and other marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Usernames and league names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or advertise.
• You can delete your account at any time in Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Pick'em, Pick 3, props and fantasy

These games are free to play and use points only. There is no wagering, points have no cash value, and nothing on the site is a betting service. Weekly prizes, when offered, follow the Pick'em prize rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload or try to break into the site, or get around rate limits.
• Do not scrape the site in bulk; use the live scores API instead.
• Do not use the site to harass anyone or to post unlawful content.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep scores, stats, rosters and schedules right, but live data can be delayed or wrong and is provided "as is". Do not rely on it for betting or anything where an error would cost you money.

Paid plans

API plans, stream overlays and memberships are billed by Stripe as subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. API use is also subject to the limits shown on the API page.

Our content

The site's design, text, graphics and data compilations belong to Early Rotate. You may share links, screenshots and the share images we generate. Do not copy the site or its data in bulk.

Liability

The site is free and provided without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data, profit or opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you also keep the protection of the laws where you live. Questions: the contact form.
