These terms apply when a business books advertising or a sponsorship on Early Rotate. Early Rotate is run by Vekto Interactive, a trading name of Selwick Group Ltd. Selwick Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17374389, registered office 4 Franchise Street, Derby, DE22 3QX). Bookings: hello@selwick.co.uk or the contact form.

1. What you can book

• Ad spaces: leaderboard, sidebar, in-feed and footer banners, or a sponsored text card.
• "Pick'em presented by" or "Fantasy presented by" credits.
• Weekly prizes for the Pick'em leaderboard, named as supplied by you.
• Match-day takeovers: a branded strip on the home and match pages, with your ads in the spaces you book.

Each booking is agreed by email with its dates, placements and price. That email and these terms form the contract.

2. Your ads

2.1 Your ads must be legal, decent, honest and truthful, follow the CAP Code, and be clearly identifiable as ads.

2.2 Our audience includes people aged 13 to 17. We do not accept ads for gambling or betting, alcohol, vaping or tobacco, adult content, financial investments or crypto-assets, or weight loss, or anything that targets or appeals particularly to children in a way the CAP Code does not allow.

2.3 You must own or have permission to use everything in your ads, including logos and images, and you must not use Call of Duty League or team marks in a way that suggests their endorsement.

2.4 We may refuse, pause or remove any ad that breaks these rules or that we reasonably think could harm our users or our name.

3. Prizes you supply

3.1 You deliver the prize to the winner, at your cost, within 28 days of receiving their details, unless we agree otherwise.

3.2 The promotion is run under our games and prize rules. We share the winner's delivery details with you only to send the prize; you must use them for nothing else and delete them once the prize has arrived.

4. Reporting

We count how many times each ad or sponsor credit is shown and clicked and share these figures with you. Counts are approximate: they exclude repeat views from the same visitor within a short time, and ad blockers and Early Rotate+ members do not see ads.

5. Payment and cancelling

5.1 We invoice when the booking is confirmed. Payment is due within 14 days, before the campaign starts.

5.2 You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 7 days before it starts. After that, the full price is due unless we can resell the space.

5.3 If we cannot run all or part of a booking for reasons on our side, we will run it again on other dates or refund that part.

6. Responsibility

6.1 You are responsible for your ads and prizes, and you will cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of them.

6.2 Our total liability for a booking is limited to the price of that booking. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
